Very nice vintage artist signed art pottery vase. c:1947. Signed Hermetz and dated 2-26-47 incised on its glazed bottom; good condition, no chips or cracks. It is very heavy for its size and has some very faint crazing which you only see on the ivory portion if you are looking very close, but other than that, it is perfect for being 66 years old! I am not familiar with this artist, but whomever he/she was, they were very talented. A great vase for a Southwest or Mission style room. Any white spots that appear in the pics is glare from the camera flash and overhead light, (I took these at night). It is almost 4 inches tall x 4.5 wide.
