Gorgeous German bisque porcelain figurine. Extremely detailed bisque porcelain depiction of 4 children at the table. Very good condition. It has a blue symbol on back rim edge that resembles a 'spider' when looking at it straight on, when turning other way it sort of resembles the crossed swords symbol for Meissen. Also has a black stamp on bottom: Germany. Nice condition; stands 6.75 tall x 8.25 x 6.25 wide. The draping of the tablecloth; the facial expressions on the children, their intricate poses; etc., is incredible. |
