Large vintage Japanese cloisonne champleve vase. Incised mark: 'Made in Japan' on bottom. Age est: 1930's. Very attractive old vase. It stands 14.25 inches tall x 5 across top rim. It is super heavy, not sure if it is brass or bronze. There is some wear on it, some surface pitting, but the overall condition is good display. This vase looks much older than the mark would indicate, but the mark may have been added later in time. Really nice piece for a traditional or oriental style room. 11/12scs |
