Due to the new Sales Tax requirements, I will be not be selling anything to customers in Rhode Island, until your State comes up with a reasonable small seller exemption from State sales tax collection and/or their onerous notice requirements. This policy is subject to change since States are in the process of enacting new laws and changing current laws.
Drop dead gorgeous antique biscuit jar with gold background and large blue leaves. The lid has an EPNS mark which is very worn. It also has a faded brown crown backstamp that it is too old and blurry to make out what it once said. It also has a number and an initial B. It is smaller than a regular size jar, but not as small as a sardine jar. It is 6.75 up to finial or 5.25 up to lid rim edge. It has a handle and no chips or cracks. Some dark tarnish around the rim of the silverplate. It is a gorgeous old jar; likely English. Possibly an early Macintyre & Co., Burslem, England, the predecessor of Moorcroft.
