Vintage Aynsley bone china teacup. Pretty teacup with pale yellow background, gold rim and purple Bell flowers. The saucer is fine, but the cup has flaws so price is reduced. The saucer is 5.5 wide; cups is 3.5 wide x almost 3 tall. The cup has a tight hairline; it has a tiny black dot near bottom on one side, and a tiny smudge mark on other side near top area; see photos 5, 6, 7. If it's just sitting on a shelf for display it is fine. The photos are close-ups of the flaws. But, since is does have a flaw, you could make it into a candle vase or silicone it onto a pole and use it in the garden as a neat mini birdfeeder! 2/15 |
