Vintage Catalina Pottery dish garden. c: 1937-42. Awesome vintage pottery; not often found here in MI. It is quite hefty and is 11.75 long x almost 9 wide x 2.25 tall. No chips or cracks and just a minor bit of scratching on the interior turquoise bottom which is not really noticeable unless you have it under a light. You could display a favorite flower frog in it; or make it a tiny fairy or bonsai garden, or just a nice collectible piece of Catalina Pottery! River rocks with faux succulent plants look cool in these also! It has the blue backstamp: Catalina, Made in USA Pottery and grease pen number 79 02. |
