Large vintage Monmouth Pottery large vase. c: 1946. Shown on pg. 143 of the 1983 book by J. Martin, see photo #8. This vase is marked on bottom: USA in a square, see photo #4. Photo #5 is the same mark on another Monmouth vase I have for sale; the mark on this vase is a bit more obscure. It is listed as mold 272 on the book page. This vase stands 10 inches tall x 7.25 wide at top. One of the photos shows it next to an average size ZSC vase just to show you its size. It has some pinpops and a couple of small tight hairlines near the bottom rim edge with some crazing. Most of what looks like hairlines are just spider lines, but some are hairlines. Nothing you'd see from a foot away. A lovely vase to use for faux or real flowers or just to add to your Monmouth or aqua pottery collection!
